Almost certainly. It's designed around the way nearly every modern car seat is built – if your headrest comes out, it fits.

It goes where your headrest was. Most headrests sit on two metal posts: press the little release button on the side of the post, pull the headrest straight up and out, then slide the rider down over the top of the seat back.
It ends up at the exact height a real passenger's head would be.

That's the whole trick – it doesn't just sit there, it turns.
One button on the base switches between three modes:
OFF – stays completely still, like a regular prop. Made for the slow double-take.
SWEEP – slowly looks side to side on its own, stopping for a few seconds at random so it never feels robotic.
TRACK – a motion sensor picks up anyone walking up to your car. The head turns to face them and stays locked on.
TRACK is the one that gets the screams.
